CDI greatly appreciates the generous donation of your time. Whether you have a special skill that you would like to donate or you just want to help out, CDI has volunteer opportunities for just about everyone. Below are some great volunteer opportunities, however we welcome your creative input on other services.

Parent Volunteers
CDI parents are encouraged to join CDI staff and volunteers in making each student performance as successful as possible. Performances are an exciting opportunity for students to show the product of all of their hard work. Parents are always needed to help out; especially to chaperone students at events. Event of the Year 2012 Volunteer Opportunities:
- Chaperone
- Help out back-stage
- Help out in the lobby (ushers, etc)
- Help out with costumes (no sewing skills required)
- Be a docent (answer questions, provide information)
- Greet other special guests
- Donate healthy snacks and bottled water
- Bring your friends and family to performances
General Volunteer Opportunities:
- Help out with a mailing
- Be a docent at a community or school event
- Invite friends to observe a class
- Tell your community about CDI
- Data Entry
- Translations (Korean and Spanish)
- Create Signs
Special Skills Volunteering:
- Photography
- Graphic design
- Advertising
- Non-profit development
