“My favorite thing about CDI is performing because I feel famous.” -Juan, 4th grade |

Performing is an important part of CDI classes because it keeps you focused on the goal of learning the dance as best as possible. It also prepares you for presenting what you have learned in front of your classmates, and it is really exciting!
Culminations: All CDI students perform at their school's Culmination. Your Culmination is a great opportunity to invite your family and friends to see you perform for your entire school!
As students, you’ll be working all year on dances for the big show. Then you'll get to wear fun costumes and strut your stuff on the big day.
Don’t be nervous! Remember, you’ll be performing the same dances you’ve done a million times before. Focus, listen to the music, remember to smile, and you’ll have a great show!
Event of The Year Show: Members of SWAT and Celebration Team also perform at the Event of the Year show. Event of the Year shows are at a professional theater with lights and a live band. Look for more details in the next two months!
School Culmination Performances: In-school performances by all 1000 students served by CDI. Costumes, Live Band, Parents, Community Members, and Energetic Dancers!
