CDI started with 60 children at one school in 2001. Over eight years later CDI now directly serves over 1000 students a year at seven schools in Los Angeles. This has been possible because of our committed and generous donors. CDI would like to maintain this momentum and expand to serve more children in the Los Angeles area. It is CDI’s goal to reach over 5,000 students a year within the next three years. In order to do this, CDI must continually seek out new grant opportunities.
